The project “Smart integrated platform for Leak detection
of water supply network of Argos” implemented by DEYA Argos-Mycinae, involves collaboration with research entities in Greece.
The funding for the project comes from the “Water Management” Program of the Financial Mechanism EEA Grants 2014-2021 and the Bilateral Relations Fund EEA Grants 2014-2021.
The Programme Operator of the project is the Special Service “Implementing Authority for NSRF YPEN, Environment Sector” of the Hellenic Ministry of Environment and Energy.
The objective of the project is the optimal utilization of available water resources through the reduction of leaks, ensuring the adequacy and quality of drinking water in the water infrastructure of the internal water supply network of the closed zone of the city of Argos which presents a deficit water balance, achieving a rational mode of operation, ensuring water quality, protecting the environment and promoting resource efficiency. This act is implemented in 3 sub-projects.
